Château de Lacoste Necklace
The crowning jewel of Lacoste is the Château, currently owned by fashion icon, Pierre Cardin. Aside from the history of the space, once inhabited by the infamous Marquise de Sade, the Château is a glorious architectural feature that frames the most breathtaking view of the Luberon Valley.
The on-foot trek to the château is not for the faint of heart, as the cobblestone pathway embarks at the entrance of the village and winds straight up the side of the mountain. The views along the way, however, are worth the not-so-easy hike and act as a reward to all who complete the daring adventure.
The Château de Lacoste Necklace acts as a memento to the plethora of walls that guide the pathway up to the château, along the periodic flowers that emerge through the crack, bringing life to the otherwise harsh stones. Each of these handcrafted necklaces feature a unique fusion of stones, reminiscing the perfect "chuck of wall" that lead the journey to the château.
