It’s time for another customization round-up! The beauty of handmade jewelry is that it’s always possible to get creative. These pieces showcase how small tweaks to existing designs can result in exquisite one-of-a-kind pieces to cherish for a lifetime.
Here’s what I’ve been up to in the studio:
Brilliant Bar Necklace
This whimsical design takes my simple Bar Necklace to the next level. The two-toned design was drafted in CAD, printed in Sterling Silver and then hand-fabricated with 18K yellow gold accents. We set the client’s six heirloom princess-cut diamonds in 18K yellow gold prongs, which elevated the piece. The petite yet powerful necklace is perfect for laying or wearing on its own.

Gorgeous Greens Splash Cuff
The Splash Cuff is one of my most popular pieces for customization because it’s versatile and easy to tailor. This time, I worked with moonstones and peridot from a client’s bracelet. Don’t those colors look amazing together? The cabochon and faceted stones were built into the ring with bezel settings and I added 18K gold granules for texture, reminiscent of the Galaxy Cuff.
The client wore this piece to a wedding she was in and it was a huge hit! What a fun way to reuse materials into a statement piece for a memorable event.
Daisy Studs
These dainty studs were inspired by the Primrose Ring! The earrings feature a gorgeous yellow sapphire in a six-prong basket setting complemented by three lab-grown diamonds. My favorite part? These earrings can be worn with the diamonds up, down, or on either side! I loved this design so much that I will be adding it to my collections soon.

Wisteria Earrings and Necklace
Another one for the collections! This client brought a beautiful blue topaz and petite diamonds to play with. We started by adding them to the Veiled Horizon Necklace, along with a few more blue topaz accents. Then, we created these adorable huggie hoop earrings from the Dandelion Band base. With the addition of the tiny diamonds and the blue topaz, these earrings reminded me of flowering wisteria vines.
The pieces were delivered just in time for the client to take them along on her summer in Martha’s Vineyard. I love imagining her wearing them to all the beautiful locations and events in this magical place.

55th Anniversary Hoops
Emeralds are the traditional gift for the 55th anniversary, and these earrings fit the bill. The design demonstrates how the same piece can be customized in dramatically different ways. I also used the Dandelion Ring as the base, creating a circular frame that dangles from a variation on the Crescent Connection. Then, I added lab-grown emeralds in 18K yellow gold prongs and gold granules for a two-toned design.
The earrings are complimented by a customized Petite Pop necklace in sterling silver with a lab-grown emerald in a yellow gold bezel. So cute!
