This story is a special one! The client came to Kristen with an idea and a desire to make this project come to life in time for Christmas. The extra special part was the family had mined these rubies on a family trip and dad had stored them away for just the right moment. A few months before Christmas he dug them out and sent them to a stone cutter in North Carolina. Then he came to Kristen.
He wanted something rustic and textured, yet sparkly and elegant. One for mom and one for daughter. The fun part about this process is the transformation that happens between the design and the final product. Take a look below at what the handcrafting process entails!
